| Please note that the original UUT ordinance (Title 2, Ch. 2-4)
continues, and a voter-approved "communication users' tax" ordinance
(Title 2, Ch. 2-17, Ord. #2008-017) has been added which replaces only the
telecommunication and video services in Ch. 2-4. The six percent (6%) rate
shall continue for electricity and gas.
